You must not use another person's account.
3. Use by minors

For users under the age of 13, a parent or guardian must consent to the use of the service and the collection of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the use of the service by minors.
4. Microphone and voice input
The service uses your device's microphone to capture spoken responses for speech recognition and pronunciation assessment. Your browser will ask for permission before the microphone is activated. You may revoke microphone access at any time through your browser settings.
5. AI-generated content
Practice feedback, scores, and examiner responses are generated by artificial intelligence. These are provided as learning aids and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments of language ability or as predictions of exam performance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the service
- attempt to access other users' data
- interfere with the website
- use the service for illegal purposes
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee the service will always be available.
We may change or remove features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is".
We are not responsible for:
- loss of data
- exam results
- educational outcomes
- interruptions to service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited.

All content on PSLE Prep belongs to Novus Path unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy or distribute content without permission.
